Dreamwork Group
A small online group for those interested in exploring the meaning and feelings – personal or universal – that dreams may hold. Facilitated by therapists, this group is designed to help you honor your inner life, generate insight, and connect with others in a welcoming space.
Are you open to the idea that your dreams may have something important to offer your waking life?
This group provides a safe and welcoming space to explore the images, thoughts and emotions your dreams evoke, and a place to get curious about exploring non-ordinary states of consciousness. Through a collaborative process, together we will explore the meaning of participants’ dreams without judgement. The objective is to bring unconscious thoughts into consciousness, raising self-awareness with empathy and compassion.
Participants will be invited to keep a dream journal or use a voice memo app to record dreams or fragments. This group is designed to help you honor your inner life, generate insight, and connect with others during challenging times.

The intention of this group is to get curious about the shadows that exist within us as we explore our dreaming and waking lives, and the connections between them. Together, we’ll build a space to share our conceptions about dreamwork, set our intentions, and create the guidelines and rituals that will hold us as a community. From there, we’ll learn different dream interpretation methods to try on together, always with the understanding that each of us remains the sole interpreter of our own dreams. In our final session, we’ll integrate what we’ve discovered and talk about how to carry this deeper relationship with our shadows and our dreaming selves forward into our lives.
We open with a short ritual or guided meditation to help us land and set a personal intention for our time together. From there, we revisit our group agreements, often alongside a reflection drawn from the dreamwork tradition of teachers like Jeremy Taylor, and check in on what’s felt meaningful so far.
The heart of each session is our dreamwork practice. One member volunteers to share a dream as a short narrative, and the rest of the group is invited to gently offer their own imagined reflections, each one beginning with the phrase “In my imagined version of this dream…” This is a respectful, projective practice, no one is telling the dreamer what their dream means. It simply opens a wider field of possible meaning for the dreamer to sit with, take, or leave as their own.
