I believe healing happens in context — within our bodies, relationships, families, and communities. My background in anthropology shapes a culturally attuned approach that recognizes how historical and systemic forces shape lived experience. As a Coahuiltecan and Maya descendant from a medicine lineage, I hold deep respect for Indigenous traditional ecological knowledge and Western science. These ways of knowing can operate synergistically, especially in psychedelic-informed therapy and intentional integration. My practice honors the intelligence of the body and the wisdom that can emerge from altered states, while grounding the work in safety, consent, and evidence-based care.
I support clients navigating ADHD, substance use, chronic illness/disability, complex trauma, ancestral lineage repair, spiritual emergence, and mood and anxiety disorders. I am a sex work–affirming provider through the Equitable Care Certification and warmly welcome 2SLGBTQI+ folx, people practicing ethical nonmonogamy, and those exploring identity, intimacy, and belonging. I value trauma-responsive psychoeducation as a tool for empowerment, so our work together incorporates practical skills to build emotional steadiness, strengthen communication, and deepen nervous system awareness so that insight leads to meaningful change.
My orientation draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), harm reduction, mindfulness-based approaches, somatic practices, and archetypes. Much of our suffering is shaped by inherited wounds and adaptive strategies that once helped us survive. Therapy can be a space to explore those patterns with compassion and immerse in the sacred work of healing so you can move through your life and relationships with more clarity, authenticity, and intention.
I identify as Indigiqueer, neurodivergent, a raver, a devoted pet mama, and a fangirl of the plant kingdom. My favorite word is "resonate."
