Since moving to the Bay in 2012, I’ve been providing support to people from various backgrounds, lived experiences, and multiple layers of trauma. I’m open to working with a wide range of challenges identified by clients. I create a welcoming space for clients from all backgrounds including LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, poly/ENM, plural, neurodivergent, and kinky folks. I’ve also found a passion in psychedelic-assisted therapy, as well as helping people explore the relationships they have with their drug use through a harm reduction lens.
My work with couples and individuals comes from a client-centered orientation, focusing on the strength of relationships and looking at healing through an attachment theory framework with an eye towards social justice. I believe relationships can help us heal some of our deepest wounds, and see therapy as a collaborative relational process between me and the clients I have the honor of getting to know on a deep level.
In therapy sessions with me, you can expect that I'll work with you at your own pace and follow your guidance while providing a comfortable space to process whatever feels most important in the moment. I have completed trainings in attachment-focused EMDR, emotionally-focused couples therapy, dissociation/plurality, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and MDMA-assisted psychotherapy. I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco.
