Sabrina Sierra holds decades of experience working in non-profits and has held a variety of leadership roles.

In the past, she has worn hats such as: international conference organizer for gender justice activists, program and volunteer coordinator for a local youth arts program, regional manager of a mindfulness-based ecotherapy program, governing board member of a community radio station, and many other roles related to education, mental health, the arts, and social justice. Additionally, she has a great deal of experience in DIY community spaces and deeply values increasing access to resources, diversifying representation, and shifting power.

Also a therapist at Alchemy since 2020, Sabrina is highly invested in supporting the sustainability and growth of this organization.
