I believe in meeting every client exactly where they are as we collaborate to help you reach your goals. My practice is grounded in deep respect for your lived experience, your evolving identity, and your truths -- especially if you've ever been misunderstood, judged, or dismissed by other providers.
I specialize in working with LGBTQIA2s+ individuals, the kink/BDSM and non-monogamous community, those who are neurodivergent, artists, Highly Sensitive People, healers or helpers, people exploring spirituality, faith and religion, first-generation and immigrant clients, individuals who use substances, and those navigating relationship and personal identity transitions. I am experienced in working with complex trauma and how it manifests in your everyday life. Therapy with me isn't about fixing you, it's about supporting you in navigating a world that isn't making space for who you are. As a trans and neurodivergent clinician myself, I understand the experience of existing in between worlds, experiences, and identities--to navigate spaces where parts of yourself might not always fit neatly or be fully seen. Together, we'll work toward healing, clarity, and empowerment on your terms. You deserve to be seen, heard, and affirmed exactly as you are.
I am a Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor with my Master of Arts in Integral Counseling Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies. I work with individuals, adult families, and provide relationship and sex therapy for couples+. As a couples therapist, I believe relationships can act as mirrors for personal growth and development. I don’t believe there is a “right” way to be in a relationship— instead, we will collaborate to discover the roots of the issues that are arising, identify limiting patterns in a non-judgmental way, and use emotionally-focused couples therapy lense to assist partners in practicing new ways of connecting, communicating, or customizing your relationship(s).
I also provide Ketamine Assisted Therapy for those who qualify, and graduated from Alchemy’s intensive 2-year training program focused on providing KAT through a psychedelic health equity lens.
I work from a transpersonal perspective, including the mind, body, and spirit as equally important factors in therapy, and use mindfulness, somatic awareness, and sensory practices to assist clients in building a greater awareness and acceptance of their multiple parts that facilitate moving toward wholeness.
I look forward to supporting you in your journey!
