When you come to your first appointment, you will be met with warmth and compassion. I will give you my full attention and presence. I can offer you immense amounts of curiosity, unconditional positive regard, and a commitment to collaboration with you. I want to walk alongside you as you begin this sacred journey of healing.
I decided to become a therapist because I love learning about people, hearing their stories, and providing a supportive space for their healing process to unfold. I appreciate the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life. I graduated with my Master’s in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies in 2020 and have been offering therapy since in community mental health and group practice models. I completed the 2-year associateship cohort training at Alchemy, and have continued expanding my practice here since.
My expertise is helping people get curious about the roots of what causes them to feel discontent so that they can implement helpful strategies to better connect with themselves and others. I work with people by helping them to attune to their somatic experience as well as their internal dialogue, narratives, and fantasies. Clients I work with often find that there are particular needs that the body and psyche are calling for. These core needs can start to be resolved when people take the time to acknowledge their diverse parts, defenses, and strengths.
I have taken great pleasure in working with individuals, families (adults only), and couples across the gender and sexuality spectrums, with a specialization in LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC-affirming care. I support clients across various relationship configurations, including those who identify as ENM/poly. When I work with couples, groups, and families, I help them deepen their shared insights about the unique systems that function within their milieu. I love to work creatively with people to help them find personalized solutions to the dilemmas that often arise when they deepen their understanding of who they are and how they relate to others. The therapeutic space gives us an opportunity to explore how people show up in relationships, what parts of their past lives they’re replaying, and how to break free from patterns that no longer serve them.
I work with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety disorders, substance use, psychedelic integration, CPTSD, PTSD, relational conflict, internal conflicts, grief, identity, self-development, inner-child work, sexual experience integration, and more. I offer Ketamine Assisted Therapy (KAT) to individuals and couples, when clinically appropriate, as part of a tool to support deepening into our work together. I am also trained in the use of psychodrama, somatic inquiry, transpersonal, harm reduction, and psychodynamic approaches to assist clients in discovering themselves on a deeper level.
If you’d like to work with me, please fill out our interest form, and I’d be happy to reach out for a free consultation if our schedules align and I have a current opening.
