Hi I’m Caroline. I work with individuals and couples, offering a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space to explore what’s bringing you here. My work is trauma-informed and rooted in social justice, with care for how identity and culture shape our sense of safety and belonging.
My approach is integrative and grounded in relational and experiential therapies, including Internal Family Systems, Hakomi Mindfulness Centered Somatic Psychotherapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I believe healing happens through connection, and that the relationship we build together in therapy is a meaningful part of that.
I don’t see you as something to "fix." Instead, I’m curious about what has helped you survive and how we can explore what you need to truly thrive. Through mindfulness and somatic practices, we’ll strengthen your capacity for choice and agency by tuning into the ways your body’s signals carry your inner wisdom.
In couples work, I support partners across a wide range of relationship styles, including monogamous and non-monogamous relationships. We’ll explore where disconnection happens, what’s underneath it, and how to build more secure ways of connecting.
As a queer and neurodivergent therapist, I know what it can be like to move through the world holding identities that aren’t always fully accepted or understood. I aim to offer a space where all parts of you are welcome.
I love working with people across identities and experiences, including the queer community, creatives, activists, teachers, therapists, kinky folks, and those who are late- or self-diagnosed. I have experience supporting people navigating complex trauma, identity exploration, life transitions, burnout, anxiety, and depression. I’m a big fan of working with people who are intentionally shaping their lives and relationships in ways that feel authentic and values-aligned to them.
If any of this resonates, I’d love to connect.
