Hi there, I’m Nicole (she/her) and I’m passionate about helping folx connect with their most authentic selves.
As an integrative therapist, I blend a range of therapeutic tools to tailor an approach that meets you where you’re at. I hold the belief that my role is to help you unlock and harness the innate healing wisdom that you already hold within. Our work together will be dynamic and collaborative, growing and changing as you do.
My style is trauma-informed and built on psychodynamic and evidence-based techniques. I enrich this foundation with specialized training in Sex Therapy, KAP, and EMDR. My approach is further deepened by the principles of Internal Family Systems, Somatics, Existentialism, and Transpersonal Psychology. My background as a neurodivergent queer therapist doing community work has led me to maintain an acute awareness of the societal injustices and histories that shape our psychological, spiritual, and physical well-being. This intersectional lens, combined with a systems-based approach, allows our work to stay grounded and authentic by recognizing the larger societal and systemic forces that shape your lived experience. I hold all identities and ways of life as valid, which is why my work is kink-informed and inclusive of all relationship styles. Harm reduction is also a key part of how I work. In my book, all of our behaviors, choices, actions, and relationships are mirrors through which we can see ourselves more clearly.
Together, we'll strive to enhance your resilience in the face of life's challenges, deepen your self-awareness, and help you align your life with your truest values and dreams. And while our sessions may be profound, there's always room for humor, play, and creativity - each a potent healing force in its own right. Whatever our focus and methods, our touchstones will always be curiosity and compassion.
